Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled TPM Technician to join our team at Unifrax. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve safety issues on all equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Repair equipment failure to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
  • Determine root cause failures and implement corrective actions to prevent future issues.
  • Record all unscheduled downtime in our designated Hydra system to track equipment performance.
  • Communicate with colleagues and management to ensure effective usage and sourcing of components.
  • Assist in the implementation of projects and installation of equipment as requested.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance equipment uptime and performance.
  • Serve as an active participant in LSS programs to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Must adhere to all company and location policies and safety rules.
  • Must be able to work extended hours when required.
