Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled TPM Technician to join our team at Unifrax. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Resolve safety issues on all equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
- Repair equipment failure to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
- Determine root cause failures and implement corrective actions to prevent future issues.
- Record all unscheduled downtime in our designated Hydra system to track equipment performance.
- Communicate with colleagues and management to ensure effective usage and sourcing of components.
- Assist in the implementation of projects and installation of equipment as requested.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance equipment uptime and performance.
- Serve as an active participant in LSS programs to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Must adhere to all company and location policies and safety rules.
- Must be able to work extended hours when required.
