1st Shift: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
2nd Shift: Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Warehouse Picker to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring customer orders are processed with precision and completed with high service standards. Your attention to detail and expertise in material handling will help us deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Locate and gather items throughout the warehouse to fulfill order requests.
  • Conduct inventory checks to ensure accuracy and inspect items for quality before shipping.
  • Operate hand trucks, rolling carts, and other equipment to transport materials safely and update our tracking system.
  • Adhere to safety protocols to maintain a secure and efficient working environment.
  • Assist in training new pickers to meet our quality and efficiency standards.
  • Support overall warehouse operations with additional tasks as needed.
Skills and Abilities
  • Proficient in using materials handling equipment such as hand trucks and rolling carts.
  • Strong reading comprehension and communication skills for accurate order fulfillment.
  • Ability to lift 40+ pounds and handle physical tasks efficiently.
  • Capable of bending, lifting, pulling, and maneuvering while on your feet throughout your shift.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination.
  • Bilingual proficiency is a plus
Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Six months of experience in warehouse operations preferred.
