• Food Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and guidelines, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Kitchen Operations: Assist the head chef in managing kitchen workflow, coordinating food orders, and maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness.
• Station Management: Set up and maintain cooking stations, ensuring all necessary materials and supplies are readily available.
• Guest Satisfaction: Meet special requests from guests while adhering to quality standards, ensuring timely delivery of meals.
• Training and Support: Support the training of new staff members and assist colleagues in various kitchen roles to promote teamwork and efficiency.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, notifying management of low supplies and recommending new orders as needed.

• High School diploma or GED.
• Two to four years of culinary training and experience.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, sanitation protocols, and kitchen safety.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.

• Fast-paced kitchen setting with exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels.
• Potential hazards include cuts, burns, and slips; adherence to safety protocols is essential.
