We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a critical role in delivering behavior-analytic services and supporting students with challenging behaviors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in delivering behavior-analytic services under the direction of a certified team member with a BCBA certification.
  • Support students with challenging behaviors through observation and consultation with a certified team member.
  • Develop and implement behavior intervention plans to support student success.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure a comprehensive support system for students.
Requirements:
  • Registered Behavior Technician certification.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Associate's degree or higher.
  • Proof of high school graduation.
