Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team at FPI Management, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and capital improvement needs of our properties, ensuring that they meet the expectations of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of maintenance personnel, including technicians, groundskeepers, and housekeepers, to ensure the performance management of these employees.
  • Develop and implement a daily and preventative maintenance program to ensure the economical, proper, and safe condition of the property.
  • Inspect the property and common areas daily to detect maintenance problems that require attention.
  • Coordinate and complete maintenance requests within 24 hours.
  • Perform maintenance inspections and repairs on vacant apartments to ensure proper operating conditions and appearance upon move-in.
  • Repair and maintain equipment owned by the apartment community.
  • Maintain all maintenance shops and storage rooms in an orderly fashion and in compliance with safety regulations.
  • Ensure timely completion of all duties by maintenance staff personnel to minimize labor costs.
  • Comply with all FPI policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Community Director.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
