Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Cardiac Unit team at CommonSpirit Health Mountain Region. As a RN Cardiac Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our team.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with the healthcare team and patients/families to identify and meet physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
Promote optimal health, well-being, and safety of patients through the use of the nursing process and adherence to patient care standards and guidelines.
Demonstrate personal accountability for relationship-based care, organizational mission, and core values.
Requirements:
Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Nursing Diploma or endorsement accepted.
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required for new graduates, preferred for experienced RNs.
One year of experience preferred, with nursing skills and knowledge base specific to specialty.
RN License required; current state nursing licenses or valid RN license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact.

Our Cardiac Unit is a fast-paced and exciting environment, with a good mixture of experienced RNs and newer nurses. We offer a supportive team environment, resources to help you flourish, and leaders who care about your success. Our department offers many opportunities to grow and learn due to our growing cardiac service line and variety of nursing experience given by the patient population.
