Speech Therapist Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to join our in-house therapy team at Infojini Healthcare. As a Speech Therapist, you will be responsible for implementing Speech Therapy plans of care for facility residents and short-term patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement Speech Therapy plans of care for facility residents and short-term patients
  • Assist with patient screens for Speech Therapy
  • Communicate progress and any barriers toward SLP goals with interdisciplinary team members
  • Complete timely Speech therapy documentation in compliance with regulatory, licensing, facility, and payor requirements
  • Assist with maintaining the rehab gym equipment and treatment area in a safe manner, using good infection prevention methods
  • Provide and document patient, family, and caregiver training regarding each speech therapy patient's specific plan of care and recommendations for follow-up
  • Maintain productivity standards as expected by Director of Rehab or Administrator
Requirements:
  • Texas licensure as a Speech Therapist or Speech Therapy CFY
  • New grads welcome to apply
  • Ability to commute to /, TX
  • Reliably commute
  • License/ Speech Therapy License (Required)
