Key Responsibilities- Perform installation and repair of equipment in the plant, ensuring optimal production efficiency and product quality.
- Conduct preventative and reactive maintenance on all production equipment and building, adhering to safety protocols and company policies.
- Monitor quality levels and adjust manufacturing processes to ensure product integrity, meeting budgeted goals and industry standards.
- Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustments to equipment, utilizing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic skills.
- Provide emergency and unscheduled repairs during operation, and perform scheduled maintenance repairs during machine service.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with production employees to provide training and support on proper operation and maintenance of machinery.
- Two-year Associate Degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of five years of Industrial Maintenance Technician experience (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive attitude, providing exemplary customer service.
- Computer usage and typing skills are essential.
- Competitive base rate of pay ($30.89/hr) plus a $2.00 shift differential.
- Weekly pay and benefits effective day one, including medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance.
