Introduction

As a Progressive Neuro Trauma Clinical Coordinator RN, you will play a vital role in coordinating patient care and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to achieve outstanding outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with our team to develop and implement patient care plans that meet the unique needs of each individual.
  • Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure a seamless transition for our patients.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and leadership to drive improved patient outcomes and service excellence.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to support the growth and development of our nursing staff.
  • Assist with staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage and support for our patients.
Requirements
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Registered Nurse (RN) diploma required.

Henrico Doctors' Hospital Forest is a 340-bed acute care facility that has been serving the Richmond community since 1974.
