Job Description

The Director of Pharmacy Services will provide strategic leadership and direction for the pharmacy department at Acruex Inc. This individual will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing department activities, including managing staff, developing policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities:
* Plan, organize, and direct department activities, including budgeting and personnel management
* Develop and implement policies and procedures for department operations
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
* Supervise and direct pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and technicians

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, and MS or PharmD. required
* Licensed as a Pharmacist in Michigan (or obtain license prior to start date)
* Three to five years of previous supervisory/administrative experience in pharmacy
* Strong knowledge in the 340B Program required
* Excellent professional, organizational, and interpersonal skills to effectively relate with all members of the healthcare team
