Job Overview:

The Janitor/Groundskeeper is responsible for the thorough cleaning and maintenance of both the interior and exterior of the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform general cleaning duties to ensure a hygienic environment within the facility.
  2. Manage waste disposal by regularly emptying trash receptacles.
  3. Maintain cleanliness and restock supplies in restrooms.
  4. Ensure breakroom areas are clean and well-stocked.
  5. Safely operate cleaning equipment, including vacuum cleaners and buffers.
  6. Conduct light maintenance repairs as directed for both interior and exterior areas.
  7. Oversee the upkeep of public spaces as assigned.
  8. Engage in exterior maintenance tasks, including snow removal and grounds upkeep.
  9. Assist in inventory management of janitorial supplies and report any shortages to the supervisor.
  10. Provide support to other team members and cover for production staff as needed.
