Receptionist and Concierge Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Front Desk Receptionist / Concierge to join our team at Morningside House Senior Living. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for enhancing the resident experience through exceptional service, efficient administrative tasks, and maintaining a safe and secure environment.

This part-time role offers a salary of approximately $19-$23 per hour, plus an attractive package of benefits, including paid time off, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and employer-paid life and AD&D insurance.

The successful candidate will:

• Provide warm greetings and exceptional service to residents, visitors, and prospective residents
• Manage administrative tasks, such as logging maintenance requests and issuing community keys
• Ensure the lobby remains welcoming and well-maintained, including fresh flowers and coffee service
• Support the overall safety and security of the community through effective monitoring of surveillance cameras and door alarms

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in office administration and computer software
