Job Title: Registered Nurse

Job Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (07:30 - 16:00)

Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week for 8 and 10-hour shifts; 36 hours per week for 12-hour shifts; 48 hours per week for 12-hour shifts

Experience: Minimum of 1 year required

License: IN-state license or compact license must be in hand for submission

Certifications: BLS required

Job Description:

- Support outpatient clinic cardiology unit
- Work flexible hours: 4x9 hours (7:00 AM - 4:30 PM) with a rotating day off or 5x8 hours (7:30 AM - 4:00 PM)
- Maintain a patient ratio of 1:4
- On-call duties as required
- Float within scope to meet facility needs
- Perform cardiac stress tests, including Exercise Echocardiogram and Nuclear Medicine Stress Tests
- Complete non-billable modules, averaging 6-12 hours
- Utilize Cerner for charting
- Ensure compliance with flu vaccination requirements, with medical/religious exemptions only
- Must be willing to work 2 out of 3 major holidays
- Participate in a mandatory 12-hour orientation

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct cardiac stress tests, including Exercise Echocardiogram and Nuclear Medicine Stress Tests
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using Cerner
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care
- Participate in on-call duties and float within scope to meet facility needs

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Cardiac Stress Testing
- IN-state license or compact license required
- BLS certification required
- Ability to work flexible hours and maintain a patient ratio of 1:4
