Norco, Inc is seeking a highly skilled Medical Store Customer Service Associate to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for walk-in and phone-in customers, providing exceptional service and support.

Job Description

The Medical Store Customer Service Associate is responsible for greeting customers in a professional and enthusiastic manner, answering telephone calls promptly, and routing patient information to appropriate personnel or departments as necessary. You will also manage a large volume of inbound and outbound calls, follow call scripts when handling different topics, and identify customers' needs to provide solutions.

You will keep accurate records of customer conversations in Norco's electronic system and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products, placement, availability, price, and use. Your goal will be to efficiently assess customer needs for product or services, educate patients/clients on medical products and services, and process customer orders accurately.

Requirements
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening skills
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
  • Good typing and 10-key skills
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time
  • Ability to accurately enter data into computers and acquire a working knowledge of any software applications necessary to the position
Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. This figure includes an estimated annual bonus of $5,000 based on individual performance and company goals.
