IT Support Specialist for Radiology Systems

Northern Light Radiology Associates, Inc. is seeking a dedicated professional to fill the role of Desktop & Network Support Engineer. This position is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our radiology systems and applications within a thriving medical management environment.
Key Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, particularly with radiology systems and applications.
- Preferred certifications include A+, Security+, Network+, and/or Microsoft certifications.
- Experience with Manage Engine Service Desk Plus and Endpoint Central is advantageous.
- Familiarity with PACS, Voice Recognition, and AI tools is beneficial.
- Strong technical skills in configuring, deploying, and supporting network devices such as routers, firewalls, and switches.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving a wide range of desktop, mobile, and peripheral issues.
- Experience with all Microsoft OS platforms, MS 365 Web-Based Applications, and MS 365 Admin Centers, including Entra ID, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Endpoint Manager, Security, and Compliance.
- Moderate to high-level experience with Microsoft Azure Admin Tools.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary IT support contact for all users across various locations.
- Establish new user accounts and ensure necessary network and application access.
- Prepare and configure computer equipment to facilitate timely onboarding of new hires.
- Address all IT requests promptly and professionally.
- Implement solutions and fixes in accordance with standards and service level agreements set by management.
- Document all work and escalate issues to management as required.
- Participate in on-call support during evenings and weekends as needed.
This position is full-time and offers a competitive pay rate based on experience.
