We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Lakeshore Learning Materials, LLC. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our business leaders and teams, ensuring alignment with our company's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment and Talent Management: Partner with our Talent Acquisition team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, ensuring a pipeline of top talent to support our business needs.
- Employee Relations and Engagement: Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee relations.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, identifying and mitigating potential risks to the organization.
- Training and Development: Collaborate with our Learning and Development team to design and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge, driving business performance and growth.
- HRIS and Analytics: Manage our HR information systems, providing insights and analytics to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in HR, with a proven track record of success in a business partner role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a fast-paced business environment.
