Responsibilities- Provide direct or indirect nursing care to patients with urgent, emergent, or potential health problems.
- Utilize knowledge of basic nursing principles, practices, and ethics to meet patient needs.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
- Current California LVN license.
- Evidence of continuing education.
- Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support Card.
- IV THERAPY AND BLOOD WITHDRAWAL CERTIFIED.
- Experience in direct nursing care in a medical office setting.
