Transformational Autism Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at New Story LLC in Maumee, OH. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a lasting impact on students' lives.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related fields and be certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Previous experience working in a school setting as a BCBA is preferred.

• Conduct individual assessments of students to identify learning and behavioral needs, developing initial programming with ongoing modifications.
• Create Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP), social skills and skill-based assessments.
• Assist in developing IEP goals focusing on behavior reduction, replacement behaviors, and data collection methods.
• Provide direct and indirect behavioral services, interventions, instruction, and supervision to students, teachers, and classroom support personnel in individual and group settings.
• Oversee one or more students' ABA programs in the classroom, including supervision of paraprofessionals working directly with students.
• Supervise assigned RBTs, BTs, and other classroom staff, supporting identified goals in accordance with BACB guidelines.
• Monitor and analyze student progress, delivering daily progress notes for the school and families, using data analysis to drive adjustments.

• A competitive salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
