We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our Medical Surgical team at Stoughton Health. As a CNA, you will provide direct patient care under the direction of the Registered Nurse and/or other qualified staff.
Key Responsibilities- Administer direct patient care as assigned by the Registered Nurse and/or other qualified staff.
- Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) in an effective and timely manner.
- Ensure patients' safety and well-being.
- Perform general clerical duties to support the smooth operation of the unit.
- Participate in ongoing personal growth and development.
- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
- Successful completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant training program.
- High School Graduate or Equivalent.
- Previous experience in a hospital and/or healthcare setting preferred.
- BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
- Non-violent crisis intervention or workplace violence training every two years on a rolling calendar.
- Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite skills.
This is an in-person role at our Stoughton Hospital location. We offer a collaborative and supportive work culture, providing exceptional, personalized service.
