We are seeking a highly skilled Hospital Operations Coordinator to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities related to overall hospital operations and throughput.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assume responsibility for coordinating activities related to overall hospital operations and throughput.
  • Serve as a liaison to all hospital departments and staff to ensure quality service to all customers.
  • Ensure that hospital operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance hospital operations.
  • Collaborate with hospital leadership to achieve operational goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • BSN; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
  • BSN's from CCNE accredited schools
  • 2 Years - Leadership Experience
  • 3-5 Years - Clinical Experience - should include Critical Care or Emergency Care

Certifications, Licenses, Registrations:

  • Maryland Registered Nurse License
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR Certification
  • ACLS Certification
  • CE as assigned
  • Trauma ITR within 1 year of hire
