About the Role

We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our team at Dartmouth Health Clinic Manchester-Bedford in Southern New Hampshire. As a primary care physician, you will work collaboratively with other healthcare providers to provide comprehensive care to our patients. Our practice is committed to delivering patient-centered care and improving health outcomes in our community.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide primary healthcare to patients in our practice
  • Work collaboratively with physicians, APRNs, and PA colleagues to deliver comprehensive care
  • Manage the health and wellness of patients in a Medical Home environment

Requirements:
  • Advanced clinical degree (MD or DO)
  • Post-graduate training in residency program
  • Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM)
  • Medical license in the State of New Hampshire
