The Construction Labor Specialist will engage in physical tasks on construction sites, which may include commercial, industrial, or heavy civil projects. Responsibilities may involve operating hand and power tools as necessary, preparing the site, and assisting with additional duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Execute tasks involving physical labor as directed by the supervisor

- Collaborate with team members and operate various hand and power tools, including drills and hammers, as instructed by management

- Prepare and maintain construction sites, which may involve erecting scaffolding, disposing of debris and waste materials, and digging trenches

- Manually load and unload construction materials around the worksite, utilizing equipment as needed

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of verifiable experience preferred

- Ability to climb and maintain balance on scaffolding and ladders

- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs; may be required to work in challenging weather conditions

- Must adhere to all safety policies and procedures; effective communication with co-workers and supervisors is essential to ensure project completion

- Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn

- Good manual dexterity; may involve standing, bending, kneeling, or sitting for extended periods

- Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening
