Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Compliance Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and/or stormwater management, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

As a Civil Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for reviewing construction documents, inspecting construction sites, and enforcing compliance with federal, state, and local codes and ordinances. You will also communicate with property owners, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects meet regulatory requirements. The salary for this role is approximately $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Review construction documents, including building plans and permits, to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local codes and ordinances.
  • Inspect construction sites to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Communicate with property owners, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve compliance issues and provide guidance on regulatory requirements.
