We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restoration Supervisor to join our team at BluSky. As a key member of our emergency response team, you will be responsible for leading restoration efforts in response to water, fire, and mold damage incidents.
Key Responsibilities- Lead restoration teams in emergency response situations, ensuring efficient and effective mitigation of damage.
- Collaborate with project managers to understand and execute the scope of work, ensuring timely and accurate completion of projects.
- Supervise and mentor restoration technicians and labor, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Ensure crews have the necessary equipment and materials to perform work, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Verify completion of work and communicate with project managers and customers regarding project status and any issues that may arise.
- 1 year of experience in the restoration industry, with a focus on water, fire, and mold damage.
- Previous supervisory experience, with a proven track record of leading teams and achieving results.
- Strong understanding of MS Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
- Maintain a valid and current driver's license, with a CDL a plus.
- Pass a national criminal background check and motor vehicle report background check.
- Pass a pre-employment drug screening.
- Competitive base pay of $25 - $35 per hour, based on experience.

- Auto allowance, fuel card, expense account, company laptop, cell phone, and company apparel.
