Job SummaryWe are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Central Float Pool team. As a float pool nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in various units across the hospital, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess and manage patient needs in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care
- Develop and implement individualized patient plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Current RN licensure in Virginia or North Carolina
- BSN or MSN degree preferred
- 2 years of acute care experience, preferably in ICU or MedSurg
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- ACLS certification within 1 year of hire
- A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on experience
- A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans
