### Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at The Lodge at Whitefish Lake. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

### Key Responsibilities

- Maintain a professional image and working relationships
- Collect payment for food and beverage services
- Follow company cash handling and accounting procedures
- Provide exceptional service experience
- Possess excellent product knowledge
- Guide guests in selecting food and beverage options
- Notify manager of unhappy guests
- Perform assigned side work duties
- Assist manager/chefs as directed
- Take drink orders, deliver beverages, and offer appetizers
- Understand proper food storage and sanitation procedures

### Requirements

- POS system competency with Aloha and Open Table
- Ability to lift 30 pounds and carry trays of food and drinks
- Ability to manage unsatisfactory guest experiences and notify manager
- Ability to hear guests' orders and needs amidst loud background noise
- Ability to stand for 6-8 hour shifts
- Must be able to multitask under stress
- Must be organized and remain calm during shifts
- Full knowledge of the lunch and dinner menu as well as the wine list
