Job Title: Pediatric Nurse Position in Orford, NH

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Interim HealthCare of New Hampshire Careers.

Job Summary:

This is a full-time position that requires providing care to a student while on the bus to and from school, as well as throughout the school day.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care to a student with a focus on enhancing their day-to-day life and routine.
  • Work collaboratively with the student's family and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the student's unique needs.
  • Monitor and report any changes in the student's condition to the student's family and other healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
  • Valid Nursing License (RN or LPN) in the State of New Hampshire.
  • One year of pediatric working experience within the last five years preferred.
  • Current CPR Certification Required.
  • Reliable transportation.
