Electrical Superintendent

At Lochridge-Priest Inc, we are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee multiple crews and implement the installation of large-scale electrical systems. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for managing work sequencing, interpreting blueprints and schematics, and ensuring safe and timely completion of all projects.

• Oversee multiple crews on major projects
• Manage material procurement and requisition needs
• Establish workflows and sequences to ensure projects remain on track
• Enforce safety regulations and foster a culture of workplace safety

• Master Electrician certification preferred
• Five or more years experience supervising construction projects
• Flexible and works well in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
• Works well under pressure particularly when faced with unexpected events, delays, tight timelines or urgent demands
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction and repair of buildings or other structures
• Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Thorough in completing tasks and focused on detail and accuracy
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Works with a high level of integrity and ethical business practices
• Physical ability to: lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds
