About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Radiation Therapist to join our team at Ascension. As a Radiation Therapist, you will play a critical role in administering radiation therapy to patients, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the treatment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer radiation therapy to patients, following prescribed treatment plans and protocols.
- Maintain detailed records of all therapy sessions, including patient data and treatment outcomes.
- Ensure all activities comply with regulatory agency standards and guidelines.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly department, including procedure rooms, storage areas, and dressing rooms.
Requirements:
- Cardiographic Tech credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiation Therapy credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Radiation Therapy Certification by ARRT.
