Traveling Exercise Physiologist

North Greenville Fitness and Cardiac Rehabilitation Clinic, Inc. is a medically monitored fitness and cardiac rehabilitation clinic with a staff of qualified professionals. Located in Travelers Rest, South Carolina, North Greenville Fitness has been in existence since October of 1980. The services of North Greenville Fitness are provided at your location and are available to numerous types of industries including fire, police, and emergency medical services as well as utility departments.
We currently provide annual health and fitness evaluations to nearly 29,000 individuals in Fire, Haz-Mat, Law Enforcement, Water and Sewer, Emergency Medical Service, State Employee Insurance Program Individuals, and Utility departments in South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee, Kentucky, Virginia, West Virginia, etc. However, the Fire Service and providing Firefighter Physicals, has comprised the majority of our clientele over the past 35 years.
Job Requirements:
Knowledge of Electrocardiograms (EKG's) and EKG monitoring, Able to take blood pressures while patient is on a stationary bike. ACLS certification required with in 1 year of employment. Candidates must live within one driving hour from Greenville, SC. Candidates MUST meet their team at our Travelers Rest office to depart for their scheduled sessions each day/week. Candidates will be required to travel with 4 others on our company van to all sessions and they must be able to work and interact well with others. Candidates must have excellent and exceptional people skills.
Benefits:
This is a salary position. Full health, dental, vision, life, 401 (k), and disability policies will be paid for completely by the company. All benefits start 30 days after hire. Salary for this position is $34,000 for the year. This includes 1-week paid vacation and all holidays. The office is closed for 2 weeks in December for Christmas and New Years.
