Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Security Specialist to join our team. As a Security Specialist, you'll be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests and team members. You'll work closely with our Asset Protection team to prevent theft and shortage, and respond to security incidents in a timely and effective manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the safety and security of our guests and team members
  • Prevent theft and shortage by monitoring store activity and responding to security incidents
  • Work closely with our Asset Protection team to identify and address security risks
  • Respond to security incidents in a timely and effective manner
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
