We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to provide technical facility management services for our properties in the Wesseling area. As a Building Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of technical building equipment, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain technical building equipment, including HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, inspecting, and repairing equipment.
