As an Inbound Sales Consultant, you will leverage your interpersonal skills and positive attitude to assist prospective guests in realizing their vacation aspirations. Your responsibilities will include engaging with potential clients over the phone, qualifying leads, and marketing our exclusive vacation packages for a preview of our luxurious resorts.

  • Market mini vacation packages for various property locations while adhering to corporate telemarketing guidelines in both inbound and outbound settings.
  • Utilize training-acquired skills to address objections and successfully close sales.
  • Disseminate only HGV-authorized information, ensuring its accuracy.
  • Maintain a positive and motivated attitude, especially when interacting with Hilton guests, colleagues, supervisors, and management.

Position Details

  • Compensation structure includes hourly pay plus commission (Top performers average over $100,000 annually).
  • Paid training spans 4 weeks, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
  • Full-time schedule with multiple shift options available.
  • On-site position.

To excel in this role, you must meet the following minimum qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred: 1 year of prior sales or telesales experience.
  • Strong typing abilities and computer proficiency.
  • An engaging, outgoing personality with a passion for helping others achieve their vacation ownership dreams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in timeshare sales is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in an inbound or outbound sales call center is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Word.
