Job Title: Travel Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team as a travel therapist in Sunnyvale, California.

Job Summary:

This is a contract position for a travel Occupational Therapist to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a OT setting and be able to work rotating shifts.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a variety of settings
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop treatment plans
  • Document patient progress and outcomes

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in a OT setting
  • Valid CA License
  • Eligible to work in the United States
