Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the award lifecycle for a collection of direct awards.
  • Ensure data integrity within business systems and documentation frameworks.
  • Project, monitor, and reconcile awards utilizing financial management systems.
  • Conduct monthly account reviews, tracking expenditures and allocations.
  • Generate and evaluate financial reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Detect inconsistencies and implement necessary budget modifications.
  • Work collaboratively with program personnel on proposals and financial operations.
  • Assist in data tracking and reporting for analytics and trends.
  • Guarantee compliance with sponsor stipulations during proposal formulation.
  • Engage in meetings, training sessions, and committees to shape organizational policies.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of pertinent experience (or 3 years with a Master's degree).
  • Expertise in budget formulation and financial analysis.
  • Proficient in spreadsheet software for reporting purposes.
  • Intermediate understanding of government award regulations and OMB Uniform Guidance.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Capacity to manage confidential information with care.
  • Robust problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with proposal submission platforms and management systems.
