Position Summary:
We are in search of enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as Healthcare Recruitment Specialists. In this pivotal role, you will engage with medical professionals seeking opportunities in physician or advanced practice roles. Your responsibilities will encompass identifying potential candidates, evaluating their qualifications, and providing continuous support throughout their recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and attract new healthcare providers through various channels including outreach calls, online postings, job fairs, referrals, and social media.
  • Assess resumes and applications to pinpoint qualified candidates.
  • Facilitate effective communication and feedback between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Address inquiries and concerns from candidates throughout the recruitment process.

  • Negotiate placement terms and conditions.
  • Ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to onboarding.
  • Meet established performance metrics on a weekly basis.

Qualifications:

Skills and Competencies:

  • In-depth understanding of the healthcare sector, including various roles and their requisite qualifications.
  • Proficient in utilizing applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic environment, managing multiple job openings concurrently.
  • Strong negotiation abilities and familiarity with compensation structures in healthcare.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated.
Education and Experience:
  • Preferred 2+ years of experience in the industry.
  • Sales experience is advantageous.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer.
  • Regularly required to communicate effectively.
