Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and execute established patient treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation in accordance with facility and departmental standards.
- Maintain compliance with insurance provider requirements for documentation related to licensing, certification, and reimbursement.
- Contribute to department operations and development initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
- In good standing with all relevant regulatory agencies and licensing boards.
- Familiarity with Medicare and other insurance payer systems.
- Comprehensive understanding of residents' rights.
- Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
