Fineline Steel Fabrication is a leading steel fabrication company seeking a skilled Fabrication Specialist to join our team. As a Fabrication Specialist, you will play a critical role in the production of high-quality steel products. The ideal candidate will have previous experience with structural steel fabrication and welding techniques.

About the Role
This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work overtime as needed. You will be responsible for operating various machinery, including iron workers, plasma cutters, and band saws. A strong understanding of shop drawings and the ability to interpret weld requirement symbols are essential skills for this role. Additionally, you will need to maintain fitness level sufficient to handle your required workload and understand equipment safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Operate iron workers, plasma cutters, and band saws to fabricate steel products
Read and comprehend shop drawings to ensure accurate production
Interpret weld requirement symbols to ensure high-quality welds
Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition
Assist in the training of new employees

Requirements
Previous experience with structural steel fabrication and welding techniques
Ability to read and comprehend shop drawings
Strong understanding of weld requirement symbols
Maintenance and repair of equipment and tools
Able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
