Position Overview:

The main objective of this role is to assess financial data and deliver comprehensive reporting for suppliers while providing analytical assistance for Trade Development initiatives. This includes generating monthly reports and evaluations of supplier expenditures/statements and working to reduce supplier accounts receivable days outstanding (DOS). Additionally, the role involves analyzing gross profit, chargeback, and costing challenges, while collaborating with Brand Managers to investigate and resolve billing discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collects, examines, and interprets data to create reports and insights in a structured and meaningful manner. Ensures the accuracy of information through validation and verification processes.
  • Creates reports and trend analyses for various levels within the Finance organization and other departments. Communicates findings effectively to senior management.
  • Assists with special projects as required.
  • Collaborates with IT to maintain data integrity across systems and to incorporate business requirements for the development of necessary reports that facilitate deeper analysis.
  • Produces reports and conducts reviews to ensure precision.
  • Works alongside other departments to assess and analyze existing plans, utilizing data to inform business recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Technology, or a related business field.
  • 3-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Successful completion of an Excel proficiency assessment is required.
  • Advanced skills in Excel (including VLOOKUPs, formulas, pivot tables, and graphing) are essential.
  • Ability to manage substantial volumes of data from diverse sources.
