We are seeking a Store Merchandiser to join our team at RaceTrac. In this role, you will be responsible for selling products and services to customers in a retail setting, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

As a key member of our sales team, you will welcome and identify customer needs, explain products and services, and monitor inventory to ensure product availability. Your excellent written and verbal communication skills will enable you to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and identify customer needs
  • Explain products and services to customers
  • Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
  • Enter and process customer orders
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints
