Salary
The salary range for this position is between $120,000 and $160,000 per year in Phoenix, AZ or New York, NY/San Francisco, CA.

Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Software Developer to join our team at Early Warning. This role will involve developing, documenting, testing, debugging, and maintaining software product applications. You'll provide expertise and familiarity in software tools, frameworks, and best practices in secure software engineering, as well as collaborate effectively with other members of the team to deliver on the team's backlog.

Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the discussion and implementation around complex capabilities.
- Develop complex features and capabilities to enhance the Early Warning core product offerings.
- Manage source code using Git.
- Receive, review, and approve pull requests ensuring that code quality remains high.
- Query platform data using SQL-based DBs.
- Work on complex Java Web Services using Spring Boot.
- Document complex details and decisions in Confluence.
- Build automated tests alongside sprint work that is integrated into the CI/CD pipeline, considering environment variables, and providing recommendations.
- Troubleshoot complex bugs that may arise during development.
- Support the company's commitment to risk management and protecting the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data.

Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- At least 5 years of direct experience in Software Engineering or related experience.
- Proficient with Git source control and Git flow branching model.
- Experience with Spring / Spring boot framework is required.
- Familiarity with modern DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with writing automated tests.
- Proficient with SQL.
- Proficient in RESTful service design.
- Experience with Docker/Kubernetes.
- Experience with Kafka.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- AWS Certification.
- Experience with REST or SOAP services.
- Familiarity working with common data format standards like XML, JSON, YAML, etc.
- NoSQL experience (Redis, HBASE, AeroSpike, etc.).
- FinTech experience is highly beneficial.
