Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Swim Instructor to join our team at British Swim School of Greater Santa Clara. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching swimming lessons to students of all ages and skill levels.
Responsibilities- Conduct swimming classes in a fun and safe environment
- Teach students in and around the pool, with flexible hours and potentially some weekend hours
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment, following our established teaching methods and safety procedures
- Attend staff meetings and ongoing training sessions as requested by the Aquatics Director
- Enthusiastic and assertive personality with strong relationship and customer service skills
- Effective communication skills to work with children, customers, and staff
- Ability to follow schedules, safety procedures, and teaching methods
- Lifeguard certification preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Competitive hourly rate: $19.00 - 21.00
