Job Title: Toddler Instructor

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated teacher for toddlers to join our team at The Learning Experience #134.

About the Role:
  • Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.
  • Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum using fun and engaging characters, making TLE a place where learning is fun.
  • Build relationships with families and colleagues, creating a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
  • Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements through various avenues.
Requirements:
  • A genuine passion for the education and care of children.
  • One year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required).
  • A Child Development Associate (CDA) or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required).
Compensation:

The estimated salary range for this position is $45,000-$65,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
