Job Summary:
The Stocktaker is a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory management process. As a Stocktaker, you will be responsible for conducting regular cycle counts, verifying product quantities, and maintaining accurate records. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent math skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct weekly cycle counts to ensure accurate product quantities
- Verify product quantities by scanning with an LRT Gun and entering quantities counted
- Maintain accurate records and research discrepancies between physical counts and database records
- Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with product location and detailed information
- Perform other work-related duties as required and assigned
Requirements:
- Excellent math skills and basic computer skills
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50-100 pounds occasionally
- Ability to walk, climb, stoop, and kneel for extended periods
- Comfortable with heights and commitment to company values
Work Environment:
The Stocktaker will work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and exposure to industrial vehicles. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of accuracy is essential for this role.
Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is $15-$15.50.
