Position Summary

As a Class A Truck Operator, you will be responsible for transporting waste materials in compliance with our environmentally sustainable practices. This role involves traveling to various client sites, where you will pick up and deliver waste while adhering to all safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transport waste materials safely and efficiently.
  • Classify and segregate waste according to DOT regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and company policies.
  • Maintain the vehicle in excellent condition, performing routine inspections and maintenance.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

  • A valid Class A Commercial Driver's License with Haz-Mat endorsements.
  • Ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle.
  • At least 21 years of age.

Preferred Skills

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Experience in the waste management industry.
  • TWIC endorsement.
  • Familiarity with Environmental and DOT regulations.
  • Basic computer and smartphone skills.

Physical Requirements

Candidates must be able to:

  • Lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
  • Push and pull loads of up to 500 pounds.
  • Work in non-climate-controlled environments.
  • Navigate uneven surfaces.
