The Kitchen Sanitation Specialist at Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC) plays a vital role in maintaining an orderly and efficient kitchen environment. This position is crucial for upholding high standards of cleanliness and sanitation while supporting the overall operations of the bakery.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Thoroughly washes, rinses, and sanitizes all kitchenware, including baking pans, utensils, and tools, in accordance with NbC standards.
  • Regularly checks sanitization levels to ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Collects and disposes of waste, sweeps and mops floors, and cleans floor drains to maintain a hygienic workspace.
  • Conducts routine cleaning of various areas, including windows, shelves, counters, refrigerators, and restrooms.
  • Ensures the workstation is cleaned, sanitized, and restocked, preparing all necessary cleaning supplies for the next shift.
  • Monitors inventory levels of cleaning supplies and communicates with management regarding restocking needs.
  • Assists with the unloading, processing, and storage of weekly deliveries.
  • Collaborates with team members to maintain organized and clean workstations.
  • Follows all health and safety protocols as well as NbC policies, including strict adherence to dress code and personal hygiene standards.
