Responsibilities- Monitor vital signs, IV drips, and other key indicators to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Administer medications and implement complex treatment plans as ordered by physicians.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on condition management and equipment use.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records according to hospital policies.
- Associate's Degree (ADN) or higher in nursing.
- Active and unencumbered RN license.
- 1 year experience in stepdown/progressive, neurology, cardiac, or another medium to high acuity setting preferred.
- BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
- Proficient in electronic medical record systems.
- Competitive salary range: $48,920 - $94,690 per year.
