- Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed by physicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information to identify potential health issues and provide timely interventions.
- Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as needed to promote resident comfort and independence.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery and address the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents.
- Supervise and guide Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering quality care and promoting a positive work environment.
