Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse array of healthcare and medical malpractice cases from initial consultation to trial.
  • Serve as lead counsel and first chair in trials, demonstrating exceptional courtroom advocacy.
  • Formulate and implement trial strategies to secure favorable results for clients.
  • Conduct comprehensive legal research to bolster case preparation and strategy formulation.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlements.

Qualifications:
