We are seeking a passionate and experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at an excellent school near Charlotte, NC.
Responsibilities:- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to support students' progress
- Collaborate with special education staff to ensure comprehensive support for students
- Manage a caseload of elementary students and provide targeted interventions
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active NC State License
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in speech therapy, preferably in schools and/or pediatrics
- Experience with IEPs and collaborative work with special education staff
- Competitive pay rate of $40-$45 per hour
- Full health, dental, and vision coverage
- CEU reimbursements and guaranteed hours
